If you do no know all team member names when registering, please list unknown team member with your first name and then your last name with the team number spot being filled (i.e. if you don't know player 4 yet, list YOUR FIRST NAME and YOUR LAST NAME + THE NUMBER 4 for the first name and last name of player 4 registration).
